In the spirit of the little Disney short I posted earlier, here’s another happy-go-lucky post! You see, over the past few days, life in Oslo has been more or less glorious. Skies have been blue, the sun has been shining, and temperatures have slowly begun creeping upwards. The snow is melting, and green grass from last year is peeking out between the patches of snow, it’s been warm enough to wear Converse, and the flower shops have once again started displaying their wares on the pavement. I dare anyone to go for a walk around Frogner in the sunshine, with sunglasses on their nose and light shoes on their feet, and then not get a big smile on their face! Even though it’s still cold and frosty outside and we still have months of winter left, the air is beginning to smell like spring, and I for one am loving every minute of it! And of course, there’s nothing that gives me spring vibes like pretty pastel-coloured tulips and flowers, so I went a bit nuts taking pictures of them…!
